We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2026 online, PET-CT Imaging course, broadcasting live on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 April 2026. This interactive course is designed for all consultant and senior trainee radiologists seeking an introduction to PET-CT, or to improve their skills in interpreting and reporting PET-CT images.
Upon completion, delegates will receive certificate of attendance and also 12 CPD points.
2026 PET-CT Imaging Course Aims
By attending, delegates will gain:
A comprehensive understanding of PET-CT in both specialist and district general settings.
Improved skills in interpreting PET-CT
Learned tips and tricks to avoid common misses and pick up on subtle abnormalities, particularly in relation to topics that are often inconsistently reported.

What to Expect on the Course Day
The course format is designed to be interactive and engaging. Sessions will include:
Short introductory lectures, offering guidance, practical knowledge, what not to miss and how
Interactive discussions to explore challenging cases
Q&A sessions allowing direct interaction with leading faculty
Delegates will gain a more compregensive introduction and update on how to best use, interpret and report PET-CT images in clinical practice.
Course Director
Dr Saira Reynolds
Saira is a Consultant Nuclear Medicine Physician at Kings College Hospital with specialist interests in radionuclide therapies, including thyroid disease. She is a core member of the thyroid cancer MDT.
She is an invited lecturer for teaching programmes on functional imaging and therapies in endocrine disease.
Saira graduated from the University of Sheffield Medical School in 1996 prior to completion of postgraduate training in general medicine and then higher specialist training in Nuclear Medicine at The Royal Brompton, Royal Marsden and Royal Free Hospitals in London, in parallel with attaining an MSc in Nuclear Medicine from Kings College London and she was elected to the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in London in 2020.
